Returns & Quality Guarantee
Our products consist of perishable floral items that are naturally sensitive to temperature, moisture, light, and handling. Due to the nature of fresh flowers, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
However, we proudly offer a 4-day freshness guarantee, provided that flowers are properly cared for and maintained according to the care instructions included with your order.
Quality Concerns
– The only exception applies in the rare event of a defective product
– Any quality concerns must be reported within 18 hours of delivery or pickup
– To submit a claim, please email m.gencha@outlook.com
– A clear photo of the floral arrangement must be included with your claim
Flowers are a natural product with a limited lifespan. Proper care is essential, and it is the responsibility of the recipient to follow the care instructions provided.
While every effort is made to recreate the floral designs shown on our website as closely as possible, seasonal availability may result in slight variations while maintaining the overall style and value.
Order Cancellation – Regular Orders
Orders may be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable, as flowers and materials are prepared specifically for your order.
Events, Weddings & Custom Floral Design
For weddings, events, and custom floral arrangements, a non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to reserve the date.
Cancellation Policy:
– 14 days or more before the event — 90% refund (deposit is retained)
– Less than 14 days before the event — 50% refund
– Less than 24 hours before the event — no refund
We understand that circumstances may change and always strive to be fair. Each case may be reviewed individually at the discretion of our management.
