At this time, delivery is the only available option when placing an order on our website.
Pickup is not currently available, but we are working on offering this option in the future.

Our team ensures every arrangement is carefully prepared and delivered with attention to detail.
Extended Delivery Areas
Delivery to the following locations is available for an additional $35 delivery fee:
– Post Falls
– Coeur d’Alene
– Spokane County (outside city limits)
Other Locations
For deliveries to areas not listed above, a delivery fee of $1.25 per mile applies, calculated from our studio location.

Delivery Timeframes
– Deliveries are made within designated delivery windows.
– While exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, we always do our best to deliver as close as possible to your preferred timeframe.
Recipient Availability
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the flowers at the delivery address.
If the recipient is unavailable, we may:
– Leave the flowers in a safe location, or
– Contact the recipient or sender for further instructions.
Once an order has been delivered to the provided address, responsibility for the flowers transfers to the recipient.
Important Notes
– Flowers are a perishable product, so accurate delivery details are essential.
– We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
– Seasonal availability may require substitutions; however, we always maintain the style, color palette, and value of the original arrangement.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-Day Delivery Availability
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1:00 PM (local time).
Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
Order Processing Schedule
– Orders placed after 1:00 PM → processed the next business day
– Orders placed Friday after 1:00 PM or over the weekend → processed on Monday
– Orders placed on public holidays → processed the next business day
Please note that delivery availability may vary during peak seasons and holidays.
